For those that missed yesterdays game, or a few follow up articles....... Andrew Cashner avg'd 102.2mph on the gun yesterday during his half inning of work....Got up as high as 103.3mph.....

Could end up that we didn't get as fleeced as some think in the Rizzo deal after all......Lets hope he stays healthy

He could be the best middle reliever in the game and I still won't like the return for the number one first base prospect in the game.

Only way I think we win the trade is if Cashner goes back to starting and is good at it or Rizzo busts. But in either case I still feel we could have gotten more.

All in all I like Byrnes' moves thus far, though. The Rizzo and Kotsay deals are just the ones I'm not too pleased with.

I agree, just saying we might not have gotten as fleeced as originally thought...NOT that this makes the move ok
