Anyway, he's laughing at minor inconsequential moves. Well giving Kotsay 7 digits is lol worthy.

But the lololol should be after Cashner.

Try being a Dodger fan, where every opposing fan - not just those of division rivals - looks at even your team's minor inconsequential moves as "HAHAHA NED GONNA NED", but if Tampa Bay makes a similar move (for example, signing Fernando Rodney), it's "Hmm, they must know something." Fortunately for you, the Padres generally get the benefit of the doubt because they're sort of the Tampa Bay West, at least to fans of teams outside of the NL West.
