    Padres Moores divorce not yet over

    Moores divorce could be headed back to trial - SignOnSanDiego.com

    The high-stakes divorce case that led to the sale of the Padres could be headed back to a public trial.

    A San Diego Superior Court judge has threatened to reset a trial date after Padres chairman John Moores and his wife Becky failed to finalize a divorce settlement they told the judge they had reached in March.
    That sucks, but at least the Padres are well past the issue of who gets the team. No MPA drama here, unlike another estranged couple in the baseball news.
