    This last series was a microcosm of the Padres' season.

    They came into it with zero expectations from the fans but started strong and built everyone's hopes up then blew a turd in the end.

    Padres had a great season but a 10 game choke job killed them. I thought the Giants were about to choke it right back your way but we prevailed. Still a good season for the Friars. Let the Heath Bell and Agon rumors begin!

    If they trade him (which I would bet against) I'd suspect Nate Colbert has Jed's pocket.
