    Game Padres crush Mariners in spring training opener!

    The Padres raped the Mariners 4-3 in 10 innings in the first spring training game of the season. Kouzzy brought the hurt with a monster two-run homerun in the third inning, and the pitching did the rest, shutting down the Mariners the rest of the way, at least until the ninth inning. Already a promising start to the season!

    I was happy with Roland-Smith's start. Hopefully he makes the rotation. He has great stuff in the two starts I saw him in person. Hopefully he gets that sinker down.
