I"m making your point for you ? Really ? So we should move in the fences so that our pitchers give up even more HR's and have even splits........thus sacrificing the ONE advantage we actually have.......huh ?

Yah how 'bout we keep the fences where they are, and build a team that can actually hit, hit for power, get on base, and hit with risp ? Meanwhile stop complaining about the ballparks size or effect, since it's not a big effect if you actually are able to hit and hit......

As stated at SOSD, I think we're pretty much in agreement, but the debate goes on because I'm assuming you don't think it's a pitcher's park in the slightest and you're assuming I actually want the fences moved in, but neither assumption is true.

Nope I'm saying that if you move the fences in, those warning track fly balls would also be out, and we'd have lost even more games......

You can't draw that conclusions because, while it's true that the warning track shots from the opposition would have been HRs, so would have been the Padres' warning track shots.

Not many actually........I laughed at them more than anything because without a doubt the opposition would come up the next inning and crush a ball to the same part of the park that would leave the yard......showing those two guys what real power actually was.

And maybe they should have gotten back on the roids instead of going off then blaming the ballpark
