Doesn't it seem oddly strange to you that no matter how much the roster changes (Khalil and Giles being the only two who's been here since 2004) they all seem to have the same issues?

And that they all seem to still be at least decent on the road? (At least until this year)

There's only one constant in this equation.

Yes, I know, Votto just closed the case.

I'm going to quit arguing this now.

I've been drinking and I'm bound to get a bit too sarcastic while stating my opinion, lol

Stop acting like the Padres personnel isn't the biggest reason why as I've suggested...... You don't get to call it irrelevant now to make it fit your dying side.

And rookie Votto just made Petco look small ......

As long as you quit pretending like I haven't acknowledged multiple times that that is a factor.

I think the difference is made to look much larger due to the personnel, but there's still a difference none-the-less.

As I've said since the beginning of this debate, if you think the fences are fine that's ok....I think I actually like it as is....but you can still do so while admitting that it's still harder to hit HRs there than elsewhere.

Votto's power talent notwithstanding, this is just as irrelevant to you pointing to Izturis's HR was.

Kaz Ishii hit a HR in PetCo once as well, and that's equally irrelevant.

A guy getting a good swing at one pitch is not an indicator of how easy it is or isn't to hit HRs in a park.

This is all I've ever really said......I've always maintained that it plays fair, we just don't' have shit for personnel....and if we did Petco would NOT be at the bottom for HR's.......this is all, nothing more.......nobody has suggest it's a bandbox seriously......

That wasn't crying, that was just me going elsewhere to gripe about the bad timing in jest.

Park size isn't what kills the fly balls, it's the marine layer.

And how come the fact that the pitcher serving up the ball to Votto sucks doesn't factor in?

I think it'd be in the lower half still, but there wouldn't be as drastic of a difference.
