If this team continues to go hitless with runners in scoring position, we're going to get bounced in the 1st round.....again.

If they do that in the playoffs, then you're right.

Like every year, the team that's hot come playoff time will win it all.

The Padres, offense and all, can get hot for stretches of time.

Acquisition or no acquisition we have to hope they get hot come October.

I hope KT and the rest of the front office isn't putting all their chips on Milton Bradley turning this offense around. If they are, we're in for a long 2nd half.

    A lot

Great pitching that keeps the team in pretty much every game does that.

    It is frustrating, though

This offense even gives me headaches, and I'm generally a glass-half-full type

    Re: Marlins@Padres 7/2/07-7/5/07

So am I Hollywood, you just don't know what to say after games like this. It's so frustrating to watch them leave runners on 3rd, when you had him there with nobody out. There just not doing the little things, the sac fly would have gotten that 2nd run home in the 2nd inning, even a slow ground ball to the right side of the infield.

These are major league hitters right?

17......1 run losses........if we'd only won half of them we'd be up 7-8 games over the Dodgers right now.....just half
