It's nice to be happy about 3 straight winning seasons and possibly 3 straight division championships, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to add some offense.

I kind of get what he's possibly trying to say, although how it apparently came out (Haven't heard it, going off what you two are saying) very poorly.

Although, with his track record it wouldn't surprise me if he meant it as it was apparently said.

Any rate, I do get the feeling that some fans care more about the offense than the Ws. Nobody here at strike 3, but I have seen fans elsewhere post about how "boring" the game was after the Padres win a nail biter 2-1 or something like that and scoff at the record because they "have no offense"

Any rate, if he's saying someone cares more about the offense than they do the W just because they would like to see the Padres add a bat to the line up he's a blithering idiot.

Hollywood....when I was listening to his show on Saturday or Sunday, I forget what day, he was going on and on about how we should be happy just being able to watch a winning ball club. I usually enjoy listening to Ello, but I couldn't believe what he was saying. And he did say "Padre fans, you want offense, you could care less about the wins, you just want more offense." He's completely missing the point on "adding a bat" that us REAL fans and Too Much Show continue to talk about.

He's a know-it-all douchebag DJ on 1090 sports.......He's not much more than a fill guy anymore and I don't know many that actually listen to his show or to him for that matter...... He's typcially a walking pessimist and talks about the bad things more than bringing up the good......Glass is half empty in otherwords....

Padre fans wanting to add a bat is becuase they want more offense in order to continue chalking up wins.......he's just a moron that would rather try and make it one way or the other......he doesn't recognize that there is an end to the means or a reason we are hoping for another bat......

or if he does.......he's just a dick and lacks the ability to have a show without creating contraversy.......either way he's a douchebag
