San Diego born and raised from what I understand (seriously).

Anywho, I am not expecting much. Harang has been off this season, but I would expect him to get some obvious benefit with a trip to PetCo, not to mention he should start turning it around soon. Belisle is a good pitcher, but the last time we faced Maddux (in a Dodger uniform at the time), he was looking for perfection (or at least a no-hitter) for a good portion of that dominant outing. And as for Peavy, well, he always has our ticket it seems (but you could say that about a good portion of the league of course.) If Harang is back on track, I have a lot of faith in our three starters going toe to toe with the Padres starters (for the most part), just wait it out though until you get to our pen and you have a very strong chance to run away with it.

I think the offense realizes that they need to support 270 now.....and they will show up for his start....and it will role into the next game as well.....Game 1 is the game that worries me a little.....but I think Maddux has found his groove
