HA! Cla gets Klesko to ground into a 4-6-3 double play on the first pitch to end the inning. How sweet it is.

Game out of control. Padres should win this one. Peavy pitched a great game and Zito didn't do that bad either. And yes Bard had a great game.

Morris will be pitching the third game. I didn't think that looked right for Lowry to pitching third. He hasn't pitched well at all and should be starting in AAA. As of now, he is the #4 starter.

I couldn't watch the game live, so I planned on coming home to watch it on MLB.TV.

They are kind enough to hide the final score for you so you don't know who won...except they have links to other related videos you can watch on the right, one of which was titled "Peavy throws a gem"... hmmm, I wonder who won?

    Stupid MLB.TV

But I suppose it would've been worse if it was spoiled with bad news.

Good to see the Padres win 7-0

ESPN is a joke even after 1 game. Padres smoke the Giants on opening day, one of the games young budding stars tosses a gem, the highest paid pitcher on the planet gets touched up and loses, and all they show are Bonds AB's.....how truly pathetic. He was the last thing that should have been shown during the highlights, since he was apart of none of them. And his only hit was a 72 hopper into shallow LF due that rediculous shift.

ESPN try reporting the game and what went on in it, not just Bonds unless he actually does something worthy of being reported.
