    Fact or Fiction?

    Idea stolen from ESPN's Sports Center, i'm sure we've all seen this. It's also been used on many forums all over the internet. Fact or Fiction. I, as the first person, will ask a question, a FACT or FICTION question, then, the first person to read it, anwsers it "FACT" or "FICTION", and then asks a question of their own for the next person to get.

    To make this more interesting, try posting a 1-2 sentence reason behind your anwser instead of just saying fact or fiction.

    Both the Padres and Dodgers will have outstanding pitching staffs, but the Padres offense will perform much better than that of the Dodgers.

    Fiction. While I'm reluctant to believe the lofty predictions some fans are giving for him I think he'll be serviceable enough to not be the blunt of ridicule...except by those who are still pissing and moaning over letting Dave Roberts go.

    The Padres will likely not resign him, and wont allow him to just walk, so a trade seems most likely.
