    Offseason needs

    1) Get more bats. Preferably a high-average, power-hitting bat.

    Pads need speed and hitters that hit for average and hopefully they find someone replace Giles.

    They have too many holes to waste resources replacing a reliable starter.

    Find good replacements for centerfield and 2nd base and Brian Giles is fine.

    a guy like Torii Hunter would be perfect. Covers a ton of ground, hits for a decent average and has tons of pop. Would be nice in CF in Petco. He'd be what Mike Cameron tried to be.

    Oh, and Hunter's a free agent this offseason. Hint hint.
