I voted for Nomar. I'll write in Young for the NBA All Star game, if it makes you Pads fans feel better.

    Bad news fellas:

Nomar Garciaparra of the Dodgers, bidding for his sixth All-Star appearance but his first in a new league and a new position, retained the late lead in the NL. He was followed in order by Chris Capuano of the Brewers, Bobby Abreu of the Phillies, Billy Wagner of the Mets and Chris Young of the Padres

Well, Pedro is now on the D.L.

One would persume that either Chris Young or Capuano is now an All Star...

I'm pretty sure it's his choice.

I'm just making the presumption that he'd pick a guy that'd replace what he just lost (position wise) But I suppose he can pick anyone.

Oh yeah, and I could be wrong, but i'm pretty certain that it's Garner who picked the ballot choices.
So if he picks a SP it'll most likely be Young or Capuano.

I have a feeling it will be Capuano, since he had more votes than Young.

You guys let Chris Capuano finish ahead of your man. Capuano is not chopped liver but for crying out loud he plays for the Brewers. Guess that same passion for "LT is God" doesn't carry over to the Padres.
