    I would let Boston keep the cash for a bat shot to Mirabelli.....he would have been a cancer in that locker room....good riddens loser.

    much better deal for Loretta now..........two chances to have a solid player, instead of one shot at what we now know was clearly nothing more than a back up

    Bard has a chance to be one of the best long term backups in baseball. Good deal for San Diego, and if Meradith ends up as anything more than a throw-in, then even better.
