    No link but its all over the news.....too bad the Pads didn't reach a Milestone. Best they could do is a

    lock for the Hall of Fame on the first ballot (obviously).

    for a catcher, this is pretty incredible.

    Congrats to Piazza. I like him better now that he's back in So Cal, even if he's a Padre. I'd be booing him if he were still a Met.

    It's kinda bizarre to think that this ST was his first ST in the Cactus league. He was always a Grapefruit leaguer.......

    Padres

    Piazza's bat is starting to get hot, I think the rest of the team will come around and we'll start firing on all cylinders. The Padres are almost exactly where they were this time last season(9-13). They could be 9-13 right now if not for the rain out against the Giants, so we can look at that in a positive light. We're only a month into the season with a lot of Padre baseball yet to see.
