Just because I need a starting pitcher doesn't mean I'm going to now settle for Ramon Dapena because he's only available option.

No one really expects you to do much of anything. You've wasted a murderer's row of bats cause you never built the rest of the team. And Anaheim pounced you almost every time for it.

    Re: Trade DET-PIT

Actually, the all-time playoff series between Tampa and Anaheim is 2-2. Playoffs are about ****ing luck, anyway. How else was Detroit with its McCullough and pray for rain rotation able to steamroll Boston, my team, and Florida on their way to their World Series title? I've had a good bullpen during my run. The starting pitching wasn't the same after I twice lost Brian Rivera for the playoffs, culminating with a career ender the second time, but you're talking out of your ass when you say I haven't built the rotation. I've used top 10 picks on Martinez, Dalton, and Cefe. The problem was that neither ever gained a talent boost like Michael Countryman had.

In a deal that was salvaged by using Raymond Johnson as bait to get Uppercut.

Yet you do realize despite having lower ratings, Alfaro's stats were on par with Como's.
