2.5 star SP Cecil Loar

5-9-7 ratings and he is 32, so he has at least a few years left in him. I really wanted him to work out (so I would have a lefty in the pen), but he has just been lit up when playing in front of the hometown crowd both seasons he has been here. He's a capable road pitcher and maybe a different ballpark would suit him.

Anyway, I am either looking for a prospect or a different pitcher of similar ratings and age who might be in need of new scenery as well.
