A lot of it depends on current salary. Williams is still pretty great, so there is no reason why he would take a pay decrease even though he (and few players) are worth 15 mil a season.

You just got a starter from me... Mark Prior is available though, as I currently have him in my pen. I think he is still a 3.0 star starter... not too sure. I'd be willing to pay some money towards the contract(7 mil due through 2016), and he would come fairly cheap...
