Was there a partial upload? According to the site I only have about 200 K in free agency money when I had not quite 33 million going into the offseason, but all the free agents are still in the free agency pool and the date is the same.
That amount isn't even accurate with what it would be anyway....but it is about what I had left after all offers (including those not signed) so was there an upload to account for that?

Nothing's wrong. 2 or 3 days ago I uploaded to correct for those two minor leaguers that were accidentally edited. If your offers were in already at that time, it would be reflected in your available cash as you see.
