    That is incorrect, Cleveland won back in 2009.

    and yet I got no mention of being one of the top 10 gm's simply because I went 7 years (2015-2021) without making any trades or major signings just to see if I could get any development from my farm system. I spent the early years trading my farm system for good/great veterans. This last run of decent records has been due to lack of great competition in the AL Central and development of a lot of youth.
