    Los Angeles : P Alex Peņa, 2,500,000 per year, for 4 years.
    Toronto : P Steve Mei, 2,000,000 per year, for 3 years.
    Philadelphia : 3B Kent Delisle, 750,000 per year, for 4 years.

    Day 3 :

    Milwaukee : P Bernard Carrion, 6,500,000 per year, for 2 years.
    Arizona : SS Richard Hardy, 4,000,000 per year, for 3 years.
    Cleveland : DH Santo Caffey, 3,000,000 per year, for 1 year.

    Day 4 :

    St. Louis : P Wayne Hage, 13,000,000 per year, for 2 years.
    St. Louis : P Walter Colmenares, 3,000,000 per year, for 1 year.

    Gonna try Wimbley as a closer... a plan which KOZ ruined last season by stealing him from me. He actually did very well 2 seasons ago when I first put him there... can't be any worse than my bullpen was last season.

    To note, St. Louis cannot sign more than 9 million in FA from now on, as far as I know.

    I think he signed all the big ones anyway.

    To say I certainly wasn't expecting to win out on that many guys would be an understatement.
