Mooreman got jobbed out of ROY because of a lower batting average.... only batted .251 but 29HR 24SB and 95RBI

DAMNIT! Azevedo snubbed again! He should be at least a 2 time MVP by now (he already has 1). At least Pritchett won his second gold glove.

    Carlos Quentin for MVP!

If anything, Fortuna was snubbed considering he walked about 150 times for Marceau to get RBI chances.

    Re: 2022 S3SL Award Winners

When you lose to a guy with a .379 batting avg and 147 RBI, its hard to call it a snub. Marceau is also a better defensive player...(just looking for excuses for a guy with 55 hr not to win the MVP... )

I don't know how the sim decides awards, but if a voter looked at the close/late numbers and the RISP numbers, thats probably why Marceau won... Marceau batted .490 in close/late situations, and .377 with RISP... dwarfing Azevedo's averages in those same spots.

In a real race, the monster seasons of Fortuna and Marceau are probably why neither would win... the Manny/Ortiz effect.

Azevedo basically was the offense of a 102 win team. I just want him to get one with the Dodgers, and he's had quite a few seasons with my team where he's been worthy of it, and not gotten it. To think that (barring injury) the eventual home run king of this league could wind up being a 1 time MVP, that's just not right.

You're greedy. I just want 1 for Azevedo. Stupid game, valuing batting average.

What the hell... my guy should have won ROY

42 HRs, 114 RBIs, .910 OPS. And he won the gold glove..

When the batting average is nearing .400, its pretty damn valuable...
