Next Sim: 7/17 at 10 AM EST (Trade Deadline is 7/16 at 10 PM EST)

There is a deadline for trades to be sent in, which is earlier than the sim, trades will not be accepted after that time. We will sim past the trading deadline, so I felt I should give you all an extra day more than I planned to make your moves.

    Good luck.

Good plan to make the trade deadline earlier than the sim itself.

because people still want something for nothing... not going to give up a career .300 hitter with good ratings for a spect that should never see the majors

if you notice, alot of the trades that get done in this league are guys people are comfortable with, so they wont feel like theyll get ****ed over. i trade with the same cast of characters most of the time... mission, nick, porter, msfan when hes around... its not intentional that it just keeps working out with them, theyre just the easiest for me to come to a deal with. maybe its a like for a similar player type... not sure. whereas with other guys... zito comes to mind, i just cant get deals done... whether one side or the other feels that theyre gonna get ****ed over or something, so they remain wary at all times, and never really open up in negotiations.

Hell.. I think a lot of the buyers this season expect GM's to enjoy a lube and a reaming... I'm still befuddled over the offer of a 3.5 spect and a 3.0 spect for Huber, but only if I would pay part of his salary
