"Oh, don't mind me, I'm rebuilding now" then you win at least 80 games

Congrats Slyder on clinching the number 1 pick. Shame the previous owned dealt away your best prospects to me for Pujols and Soriano.

I'm not complaining, I'm very happy with Bill and Francisco. And you're not so much stupid, that you didn't really have time to put your plan into works... however, it's not like you were going anywhere that particular season, and you gave up 2 5 star pitching prospects. And since you have to quit due to time contraints... it's much easier to call you an idiot, than praising you, since like I said, you didn't have much time to do what you wanted to do.

    I'm still not complaining.

Well, IIRC, when the deal was done. The two spects I gave you weren't my best spects, and they had horrible developement. Not to mention both Soriano and Pujols are solid playeres, but their salaries suck. It was a decent trade. If it worked out good for you, then good. Why bring up the past? Look towards the future.

They were both 5 star spects... if they weren't your best, they were number 2 and 3.

Just because a kid is 5 stars, doesn't make them my best. There were better rated spects in the system at the time, I value them over star spects with bad developement.

    ...

Well they appear to be progressing solidly for me, and my team is notorious for not developing prospects, which it's been struggling at since the 2004 season. So, I'm not quite sure what the problem was for you.

Twins had a bad system of bad developement players. They were very full of 1 star and 1.5 stars pects before i came in there.
