Thread: Sunday's Homerun Challenge

    Sunday's Homerun Challenge

Simple enough bet, I'll give a list of a bunch of players, ranging in HR capability, if they hit a HR on Sunday, they are a winning bet. No refunds if the player doesn't play

Wow, rough odds for Pujols..same odds as Chris B. Young.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

    Re: Sunday's Homerun Challenge

All these odds are based solely on the amount of HR they've hit this year, so that's why big hitters like Pujols have the same odds as the less famous Christopher Young

Chipper Jones? I don't see him playing today.

I just went down the list. If he doesn't play, not my problem.

Matt Stairs hit his 1st homer of 2007

Beltran also went deep so far.

Oh yeah! That's a thousand in bucks in my pocket. That'll get me back in the running in this thing.

Freddie Lewis would have also counted in terms of 1st HR of the season, but for my purposes, it's Matt Stairs who counts

Incredible, Matt Stairs hits his first HR on one of Fisher's bets.
