If you're gonna do these games, you should have 1 - and 1 + per vote, and each person should only be able to vote once a day. You have absurd things winning elimination games (Example: Some Reds fans voting for Carson Palmer a million times as the best QB in the NFL; Chargers winning NFL team's game.. etc..)

+1/-1 just takes way too long and voting once per day is even worse.

That would take forever. All of us will be old or dead or both before the elimination game ended.
