I know I so should read them, my mom I think has all of them, and has read them all. I saw the movie, though I know books are better then movies.

    Re: Books

I read quite a bit, so I figured I might as well bump this up with what I've read this month.

    Last read:
    The Time Machine Did It
    Iacocca

    Now reading:
Kitchen Confidential: Adventures In The Culinary Underbelly

Just finished I Am America (And So Can You) by Stephen Colbert... pretty funny but I am glad I got it as a gift and didn't spend my own cash on it.

Today I just started The Yankee Years by Joe Torre and Tom Verducci.

Anyone read Alyssa Milano's book yet? She's been pimping it everywhere like crazy. Can't be that bad, can it? (Even though she's a Dodger fan.) I haven't read a baseball book since Moneyball, so I might pick this up.

I finished The Yankee Years a while ago and I am almost done with a marketing book entitled POP! I should finish that within a day or two but I am not for sure what I will start on next, or if I will reread something that I haven't read for awhile.

Joe Torre wrote the foreword to Alyssa Milano's book?
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

Re: What book are you reading?

Ok, I finished the book I was on tonight (it seemed like a better idea than watching TV.) I am now going to finally start Q&A by Vikas Swarup, which I have had way too long and have meant to read for quite some time.

Re: What book are you reading?

Q&A was very good, very different from the movie though (which I still prefer.)

I am going to start The Timewasters Letters by Robin Cooper tonight, which should be a quick read, as I want to change pace and read something on the silly side.

Re: What book are you reading?

The Timewaster Letters was pure brilliance. Very fast read as I mentioned but one of the few books I have read that is laugh out loud funny. Very dry sense of humor through much of it, but man, I get the praise that this book gets from some comedians. If anyone else is a fan of Look Around You, the BBC television series that also aired on Adult Swim, you'll love this as Jack Morgan from the television series (credited as Robin Popper) wrote this.

I am planning to start up something new tomorrow, but likely another fairly quick read, maybe something I have already read, as I am getting a few books in the mail shortly that I might like to read.
