No, Rz is the guy who helped Lynch figure out what was going on, and donated his time to help him out in doing things. To reward him for that, and continued work, Rz was named Administrator, something well deserved. I've worked with him on another site, and you won't be disappointed with the effort he puts in. If only that other site realized it.
