Why do you think he is getting 8 mil a season?

Ugh, why couldn't Matt Clement see the obvious World Series potential in the Reds?

With the first quarter of the season approaching, I thought I would give my two cents on the best buys and worst buys. So far, Johnson has been everything that the Yankees ask for. Pedro has been very good for the Mets. Lowe has been great for LA. I am suprised the Yankees never bothered signing him. He was a better buy than Pavano or Wright.

El Duque has been a bargain for the White Sox.

Carl Pavano and Eric Milton have been disasters so far. Pavano is having a rough time in the AL and Milton has not been the same since he left the Twins. You have to wonder if Milton's best years is behind him. Jaret Wright has had a rough go of it. Woody Williams has stunk for the Padres.
