    Charlie Morton Appreciation

    He has two complete games this year: both are in Cincinnati against the Reds, including a shutout tonight. His ERA is a stellar 2.62 and he is 5-1 this season. Last year? 2-12 with a 7.57 ERA. And if you watch him, his pitching motion has been revamped and resembles Roy Halladay's. There are several articles out there about this.

    If the schedule holds up, I will be seeing him pitch against his former team, the Braves, next week. I'm hoping for Jurrjens or Hudson. Cannot wait.
