    Spring Training against the Reds

You guys have the lead and did very well against our phenom Homer Bailey. The game is 3-2 Bucs lead moving on to the top of the 4th. I just wanted to say good job against Bailey.

Well, now we arein the 5th and the Bucs just can't get a Red out. Bases are loaded for the third time in the inning and the Reds lead 7-3 now.

Allan Simpson walked two straight batters when he came in and allowed a runs to score. Then offerd up a sac fly and gave up another run. 5 run 5th so far for the Reds.

Simpson struggled in Game 1, and now he's struggling again, that should get him reassigned or cut.

    *sigh*

Reds win it 10-4, strange game turned in by your Bucs.

Simpson just doesn't sound like the guy we released a year ago. All of us were pretty upset when he was let go. But it looks like it was a good decision as he looks to not be amounting to muchof anything. Were you guys expecting big things from him? Or were the Pirates just taking a chance on him?

He really didn't have much of a chance making the team unless there was an injury, and personally, I never have seen anything more than a Triple A innings eater out of him, but it would've definately been nice to be proven wrong once or twice.

The last time I really feel wrong about something, was when Torres came back, so that's a long while ago.
