    Brewers Kolb a Pirate!

    Kolb signs on with the Pirates! Hope you are patient fans! Kolb is a good guy, nothing against him, ut I stioll to this day do NOT know why the Brewers got him back from Atlanta? I suppose he will be in the setup role and a security blanket in case you need a closer for part of the year.

    He turned out to be crap for Atlanta so I'm sure everyone knows why I would not like Kolb.

    You might got better at 1B with LaRoche, but you just got worse in the bullpen with Kolb.

    Draven and Kolb were obviously best of friends until Dan stole his girlfriend.
    I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

    He actually had 2 great years with the Brewers combining for 60 saves and posting era's of 1.96 and 2.98. Then he had a horrible year with Atlanta, then a bad year back in Milwaukee. He is still only 3 years removed from his 39 save season so I can only hope he can get back to being a reliable reliever. As a former Ranger I have to hope he can pull it together.

    The Pirates can only hope to wish for the same as well concerning Kolb. I agree with about Kolb being tough for two years! I just think he has lost his confidence. With a new year, maybe a new self-confident Kolb!

    BTW, Molina, are you crazy for putting a picture of Sosa up. Are you on steroids? hahaha..j/k!! You are a true Ranger fan!

    Hah! I honestly don't really care. Personally I don't think we need him, (I would rather see what Botts can do) but the pic of President Ford had served its purpose.

    Ah, gotcha! Understand the humor now. I am old and slow sometimes! Heckle Sosa all year for me then! I feel he is over-rated and haven't cared much him either! (i.e.-Bonds)! pre-steroids era included!
