    You know, no matter how pissed I am that the O didn't come through tonight, I'm so much more impressed with how Maholm settled down after the HR in the first.

    118 pitches was a tad much, but he certainly proved he could get it done.

    Maholm did have a nice game and that is huge for a team looking for their young rotation to come up big. Good point man.
