Phillies Werth Shopping For An Agent

According to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.com, Jayson Werth has left Beverly Hills Sports Council and is currently looking for a new agent.
"He's shopping,'' a source tells Crasnick. Werth, 31, will be one of the most sought after names in free agency this winter, so it's not surprise to learn that he is a very popular guy at the moment. According to Crasnick, Werth hasn't made his call yet.
Werth is going to be one of the top two free agents on the market, Crawford being the other one. No doubt Werth will get a monster contract and it sure isn't going to be with the Phillies. I am curious to see where Werth winds up. The Red Sox sure could use him and have the resources to sign him.

I would've never believed this five years ago. FML.

Werth went with Scott Boras. Every GM just collectively sighed.

Scott Boras is a saint compared to loudmouth Dave Stewart. Just ask Ned Colletti.
