PHILADELPHIA - Phillies star Shane Victorino has invited Jon Gosselin to Shane’s wedding next weekend in Hawaii.

Victorino and Gosselin did a joint interview a few months ago, and the Phillies were featured on an episode of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” last spring.

Very little is know about the actual wedding, aside from the fact that Melissa Smith is marrying Victorino on November 14 on the Big Island of Hawaii.

I'm sure Shane and Jon enjoyed each other's company, considering that they are both giant douchebags.

He just wanted some advice from Jon about getting a show on The Learning Channel (yes, that is what it is called), "Shane Plus 8", all about the wackiness that ensues when you put Shane and eight other men on a diamond to play a game. Conversely, Jon wanted advice from Shane on how to deal with being the last one standing on the diamond for his somewhat related ordeal "Jon Minus Nine."
