    Phillies Park, Giles Sign

    The Phillies picked up a couple of usable spare parts -- Chan Ho Park and Marcus Giles, $2.5M for Park, $600K for Giles. Maybe some infield insurance until Feliz and Utley are back and a #5 starter?
