Phillies | Durbin lasts one inning in latest start
Fri, 14 Sep 2007 01:28:34 -0700 Frank Fitzpatrick, of The Philadelphia Inquirer, reports Philadelphia Phillies SP J.D. Durbin lasted just one inning in his Sept. 13 start and didn't get out of the second inning after allowing three runs against the Colorado Rockies. "That was an interesting start," manager Charlie Manuel said. "But we survived. Inexperience shows up with Durbin. He's got great stuff, but that's what you get with young pitchers."
