Phillies at the plate: Shane Victorino, who was 2-for-4 on the day, scored the Phillies' first run with a steal of home in the opening frame. Greg Dobbs knocked a solo homer off Brad Lidge in the sixth frame to account for the Phillies' second run.

Astros at the plate: Cody Ransom's RBI single off Jeff Farnsworth drove in the winning run in the 10th frame. Luke Scott was 2-for-3 with a solo homer off Jon Lieber in the fourth. Carlos Lee's RBI double drove in Mike Lamb from first in the sixth to tie the game at 2. Brad Ausmus was 2-for-3 with a single and a triple.

Phillies on the mound: Lieber allowed one run on five hits with a walk and two strikeouts over four innings. Brian Sanchez followed with two innings, allowing one run on two hits.

Astros on the mound: Starter Fernando Nieve allowed one run on two hits over three innings, walking two and striking out three. Dave Borkowski pitched two scoreless frames, allowing one hit.
