A's Sign RHP Willie Eyre and LHP Travis Blackley to Minor League Deals

MR Willie Eyre and MR/SP Travis Blackley have both signed MLCs. Blackley was with AAA Sacramento for the A's. Eyre was in AAA for the Rangers.
