Ok so the A's really need to get back on track. Their bullpen has really been lagging as of late. But with that Yankees lineup, I don't think they'll get much of a break. Then again, if the O's can win 2 out of 3 from the Yankees, then the A's surely can do one better.
It's 2 -1 Yankees in the 8th...I just got home.
2 - 1 going into the top of the 9th. Cust struck out with runners on 1st and 2nd to end the top of the 8th.
And of course Crosbert strikes out to end the game. This has been the worst road trip in recent memory. We've gone 1 - 7 with 2 games left...
This was a really tough game for us. Kennedy allowed only 2 runs, walked 3, and K'd 5. The only run that the A's scored was on a double play-that's how tough it was.

A's are winning 7 - 0 in the bottom of the 8th. Kendall, Stewart, and Johnson homered. Gaudin went 7 innings with only 1 hit. He had 3 walks and 4 k's. Harden is in to finish the game.
Harden walked 2 and struck out 2 (Jeter, Abreu) in the 8th. 7 - 0 going into the 9th.
Nice job and nice win. Gaudin has been incredible.

Kei Igawa SUCKS ASS
Ok this was a great game. Everyone pitched in this win somehow, whether it be offensively or deffensively. This is a great win, especially since it was a one-hitter vs the Yankees in the Bronx!
Tomorrow, it's Haren vs Pettitte. Haren hasn't been exactly lights out in his past couple of starts, but he's still the better pitcher IMO out of the two. With his miniscule 1.91 ERA (and because he's on the A's), I'm taking Haren for the win.
A win would finish off this road trip by winning the last 2...too bad it'd still be a 3 - 7 road trip
