    Re: 2007 Regular Season Thread

Athletics acquired outfielder-designated hitter Jack Cust from the Padres for a player to be named or cash consideration.
Cust should take Mike Piazza's roster spot in time for Friday's game. If Nick Swisher can't DH this weekend, Cust would be the better choice than Chris Snelling to start there against right-handers. Of course, the A's will probably need both with Travis Buck (wrist) also likely to be sidelined. If Buck avoids the DL and Milton Bradley returns next week as anticipated, perhaps neither Cust nor Snelling will be worth using in AL-only leagues.
He put up good productive numbers in AAA and should play over Snelling at DH. Cust isn't much of a fielder.

I guarantee I'm a better outfielder than Kielty and I can hit as good as Kendall.

I was actually excited when we got Thomas as the year before he had a pretty good season in Atlanta.

Bradley may be back soon...he has a wrist issue, but it's not as bad as they thought. He won't need surgery. Don't worry, I'm sure he'll get hurt within a week anyway

Nice job locking up Swisher and Milton had better stay healthy.

No man actually I'm going to open a home loan LLC with a couple buddies. I was able to take the exam without any experience because I have my BA. If and when you buy property I can certainly help you especially on the loan end (because THAT'S where a lot of people get screwed). I got screwed by a loan broker. I'm sure the laws where you live aren't that much different.

My boy Milton is back in the lineup tonight.
