Series Notes
-Frank Thomas is day-to-day with a strained right quadriceps and should play at some point this series.
-Milton Bradley is expected to be out a little longer and it is unknown whether or not he'll play at all during this series.
-Joe Kennedy should be available at some point during this series.
-Esteban Loaiza is scheduled to throw a simulated game on Friday
-Rich Harden threw at 135 feet with no problems. He will throw one more time before he starts to throw every other day. He will not throw off a mound until he throws at 250 feet with no setbacks.
-Starting Tuesday the A's will play 20 games in a row without a day off.
-The rotation has been changed to Blanton, Zito, Saarloos, Haren, Halsey to break up the lefties.

Yeah man, I've been at my job for a year and I'm ready. It's a little uncomfortable because we're going to Puerta Vallarta and I'm not exactly thrilled with the whole immigration issue by either government but we paid for this quite awhile ago. That said, next year I think we'll go to Hawaii (I've never been there) and keep the dollars in the U.S.

Prov, my buddy scored some pretty sweet seats so I'll be at the game tonight. This will be the fourth game I've been to and Zito has pitched in every single one of them.
