    Yankees Season Preview

The Yankees are due to have one of the most balanced and potent offenses in the Majors this year and hopefully carry a consistent staff. Here are my projections for this years Yankees:

    1. Johnny Damon: .304, 21 SB, 13 HRs, 63 RBI .392 OBP
    2. Derek Jeter: .312, 27 SB, 18 HRs, 64 RBI, .405 OBP
    3. Alex Rodriguez: .301, 22 SB, 41 HRs, 112 RBI, .414 OBP
    4. Gary Sheffield: .267, 3 SB, 33 HRs, 107 RBI, .377 OBP
    5. Jason Giambi: .259, 0 SB, 38 HRs, 92 RBI, .427 OBP
    6. Hideki Matsui: .311, 11 SB, 28 HRs, 107 RBI, .392 OBP
    7. Jorge Posada: .244, 2 SB, 18 HRs, 67 RBI, .333 OBP
    8. WHO IS THE DH??
    9. Robinson Cano: .302, 20 SB, 13 HRs, 54 RBI, .367 OBP

Cano won't hit .300 and won't have 20 steals. Other than that and Damon's OBP being a little high, that's a list I can live with.

Sheff will be alot closer to .300 then that i would assume.

Oh shit, only .267? No way! I'd say .286 is the lowest he'll bat this season.

More RBIs for Damon and Posada and a little bit lower OBP for Matsui.
