Showalter should be expecting to hear some boos tonight! The Orioles are only one game up on the Yankees so we could easily take over the lead in the AL East. Game scheduled to start at 7:05 ET.

I know Buck opened his mouth and will likely get booed but I will always have a soft spot for Buck helping turn around this franchise. People probably don't understand just how bad the Yankees were when he took over. Buck and Stick were the 2 biggest reasons we saw a dynasty in the late 90s-early 00s.

Game was canceled yesterday and they are scheduled to start here pretty soon but The Weather Channel is telling me that there is 50 % chance of rain through midnight tonight in the Bronx. Hopefully they don't get rained out two days in a row.

Tillman fell behind in the count 2-0, dicked one and A-rod made him pay for it going to the opposite field and hitting his 4th HR this year. 3-0 Yanks.

Tillman already getting taken out of the game.. Didn't even make it out of the second. Yankees jumped on him to score 6 runs and still have men on second and third.

Burnett was pitching pretty well but just gave up a couple HR to Wieters and Roberts.. Baltimore is back in this one. Pretty good outing from Burnett.. Besides the last couple AB.

1st Place! Nice win after the long layoff, AJ pitched well overall and the O broke out a bit.

If the season ended today we'd win the division since we have the better head to head record against Baltimore

Good outing Hughes. You jackass. You're lucky you only gave up 4 runs. Couldn't hit your spots.. I swear you didn't hit your spot once.. Couldn't get the fastball above 92.. in short, you suck dick.

Colon coming into relieve the ugly mofo.

On another note.. The Yankees have yet to get a hit. Arietta is pitching well.

Good job by the Yankees to battle back tonight and come away with the victory.

Hughes didn't have a very good outing.. As I've already stated. Location was off.. Velocity was garbage.. Just not good; at all. Colon actually hasn't looked to bad coming out of the pen though. I really hope he can continue pitch well.

Out of Posada's 7 hits.. 5 of them have been HRs.

A-rod continued to hit the ball well tonight.. Happy to see the flu wasn't too serious. Swisheroo came through driving in the games final run. Hopefully that big hit and exciting moment for him can get him on a roll.

    Bring on the Rangers.
Tennessee Titans. Duke athletics. New York Yankees. Carolina Hurricanes. Portland Trailblazers.

Obviosuly I'm worried about Hughes but I as long as we keep winning we can live w/ his stinkers until he gets himself right.

Buck was great for the Yankees, but he was too much of a firebrand to take a team of upstarts and skilled veterans to the playoffs.

I have a feeling that the O's will let him go when there team gets close to the next level. When your team is a bunch of All Stars, yelling at them stops going over well with upper management, even if you are incredibly intelligent.
