Yankees Empire attempting to fill Wood's void, signs MR

Yankees sign the lefty to a 2 year deal. Last season he handled lefties pretty well, was mediocre against righties, but only gave up one homerun.
A source told The Associated Press that Felciano will receive a two-year deal for $8 million. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the contract, which includes a $4.5 million club option for 2013, is subject to Feliciano passing a physical. SI.com first reported the deal will be for two years with a team option for a third.

He'd be an EXCELLENT Lefty specialist. The Mets were forced to use him as a reliever against lefties and righties because he had the durability to pitch in 400 games in the last 5 years. He hasn't given up a HR to a LH batter since mid 2009. He'll be a good add for the Yankees, and the Mets get a pick between rounds 1 and 2 in next year's draft.
