Heading into the AS break we are tied in the L column w/ Bal and 2 back in the L column from Bos for the division and 2 from Minny for the WC lead.

Another nice outing for the Sandman. A nice win to keep up the momentum from a 6 game win streak that was snapped yesterday.

Still a bit early to do scoreboard watching for the wild card but we are a nice position in our own division. Winning will take care of itself during this upcoming stretch.

I spoke too soon as KC has tied Minny so we could be just a game back. Not bad considering how awful we played most of the 1st half.

We just might back into the playoffs if we continue to go on ups and downs like the first half. However, if we play to potential, we can overtake the s0x and take the division. That's a really big IF.

Yanks ended the first half on a good note as Boston lost. I hope Giambi stays hot when he comes back because it is fun to see a guy go from shit to gold.
