Paging the Yankee bats...where are you?

One run in two games against Bryan Bullington, Max Scherzer and friends. Plus A-Rod and Nick Swisher had to leave today's game, so the Yanks are now tied with the Rays for first in the AL East.

Whoever wins this division gets a HUGE postseason advantage most likely...I'm thinking Texas will take the 2 seed, so the wild card team has to play the Rangers and Cliff Lee without home field advantage. Yanks need to find their bats and soon.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

I was thinking someone else really obscure picked up their first win, or a win period, against the yankees not long ago. 15 seconds of fame for Bullington. I predict he gets lit up his next couple of starts.

    Map to beating the Yankees

    1) Bring up 3 kids they've never seen
    2) Sweep the Yankees by default

Scherzer owns the Yankees. Sure it was in limited action but he had their number. Not surprise he won.

When I saw Bullington on the scoreboard at the Reds game on Sunday I assumed it had to be a different Bullington. Ha, that's awesome. Sorry Yankees fans, but I just can't imagine how he would feel getting his first MLB win eight years later. Even if he falls back into obscurity, that had to be a bucket list item.

Derek Jeter has quickly turned anti-clutch this season.
