We're still 7-3 on the homestand. It seems like everytime you look at the standings were 5 games out. Boston is catching the Orioles. A win in this series would make a successful homestand.

Go Subway Series!

Hopefully with Pedro on the mound the Yankees regain some type of focus tonight. I can't tolerate this layback style of ball the Yankees have been playing all season. The inconsistency is a joke. We could use another one of those 11 game win streaks, but with this staff i don't see that in the near future...
What is the worst source of diarrhea ?

Well Jeter leaves the yard for an early 1-0 lead.

Bernie dropped the ****ing ball. What a ****ing disgrace.
Now, it's 4-2 Mets. Bernie struck out (what else is new) with runners on 1st and 2nd.

Well the Mets are owning us.
Where are all the loyal Yankee fans now? Buck? GoYankees? Where did you go?

Henn got tarred and feathered. How many eggs must he lay?
Henn sucks. Bring up DePaula.
Once again, where are the Yankee fans? When we start winning, everyone comes and gloats and blah blah blah. When we're losing...well? Wherefore art thou, Yankee fans?

Good for Giambi. Congrats to a nice come from behind win.

Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.
We are pathetic, we had the makings of a great homestand starting 6-0 and we finish 8-5. Just disgraceful, it's downright embarrassing to watch this team right now. There's still alot of baseball to be played but we have a long way to go after a dreadful week.
Have I ever posted on the weekend?Originally Posted by Generalissimo
This team is, sadly, playing to their potential. How many more chances does Henn get before we conclude that he's not ready for the big leagues yet? Sma question for Tony Womack..

Womack is not ready for the big leagues? He's too ready...so ready that he should retire. Bring back Paul O'Neill.
