Rumor about Posada's Extended Spring Game

I don't know if this is true, but I was told that in Posada's game yesterday, there were two interesting agreements made with the Phillies team. According to this source, Posada was to lead off every inning, and the Phillies team agreed not to run on Posada, since he is not to start throwing for a week or so. Seems dumb to me to make these kind of agreements in a game...If Posada can't throw(an integral part of the GAME for a catcher, he should be working out, not in a extended spring training GAME.

Still went 0-5 with a walk, not too good.

Haha, that's not too impressive considering the game was tailored to him.

    What is unusual about this?

Who cares about his #s? it's about getting comfortable again not about producing at this point.

But its it really helping him adjust if the game is played in a completely different fashion then he will have to in a week or so?
